The gravel rides will depart from the Kicking Horse Mountian Resort (KHMR) Plaza and travel along the West Bench of the Columbia Valley. Participants can choose from the 100km Parson Route, the 200km Brisco Route and the 300km Radium Route. All route distances start and finish at the KHMR Plaza. Ride the stunning routes through the wilderness of southern British Columbia which provide spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, the Purcell Mountains and the Columbia Valley Wetlands. 300km Ride: Start Time 5am, Sign-in @4:30am
200km Ride: Start Time 6am, Sign-in @5:30am
100km Ride: Start Time 9am, Sign-in @8:30am
Aid Stations: TheBluMoose Aid Stations will be available to all riders for all distances every 50km. A variety of sandwiches, fruits, snacks, soft drinks and water will be provided.
Your $200 donation to the Golden & District Hospital confirms registration and entry to TheBluMoose Gravel.
Accommodation: Kicking Horse Lodging / Bellstar Hotels & Resorts is offering a 15% discount for participants and their friends and families on stays at KHMR. Reservations can also be made online and will have the 15% discount included at time of booking. Both the Glacier Lodge and Mountaineer Lodge are located right at the start finish line of all the weekends events and are thus the most convenient lodging options . Please note that stays have to be reserved prior to May (TDB), 2023 in order to be eligible for the 15% discount.

The 100km & 140km routes will start and finish at Tailwinds Bar & Grill and travel along the beautiful, gravel and tarmac roads of Simcoe County and Kawartha Lakes. The ride encompasses the extraordinary Carden Alvar Provincial Park. The Carden Alvar is a rare and unique ecosystem, its grassland, wetlands and woodlands hosting over 230 bird species, 140 butterfly/dragonfly species and 450 plants. Depart: Tailwinds Bar & Grill @8:30am (Registration from 8am)
Finish: Tailwinds Bar & Grill (Beer & Food will be available for purchase)
Aid Stations: TheBluMoose Aid Stations at the 45km & 90km mark. A variety of sandwiches, fruits, snacks, soft drinks and water will be provided.
In addition to the official TheBluMoose Aid Station there are two locations where riders can independently purchase food & drinks. Peggy's Produce Food Truck is located at the 28km and 119km, offering burgers, hot dogs, fries as well as ice cream and drinks. The Lake Dalrymple Resort General Store is located at the 35km and 100km mark. The owner Chris, sells a wide variety of snacks, drinks and ice cream.
Toilet & Change Facilities: Public bathrooms & change facilities are located at the start and finish of the ride at Quayle's Brewery. A second public bathroom is located at the Carden Recreation Centre at the 50km & 115km mark.
The $200 Ride Registration Fee allows for participation in the 100km & 140km distances for an individual rider or a family group of riders.
